Jonathan is a General Registered Psychologist with a very diverse background that provides invaluable experience and knowledge that can be passed along to you.

Jonathan can help you in the following areas: Depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, psychosis, self-harm, panic disorder, personality disorders, ADHD, Autism, and self-esteem.

Jonathan is passionate about several areas of mental health and addressing any struggles we are presented with, including confidence issues, jealousy, shyness, perfectionism, emotional expression, anger management, relationship difficulties, and trauma.

Jonathan has experience in psychological assessment and diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and Personality Assessment. He has a strong interest in identifying a persons key strengths and helping them use those to improve their life. For those who feel they may experience ADHD or Autism behaviours or symptoms, Jonathan is able to provide screening assessments and interviews to help decide if an assessment would benefit you.

Jonathan has graduate and post-graduate degrees in Psychology. He tends to use a mixture of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology. Jonathan believes psychologists role is to not only help reduce problematic symptoms, but to ensure clients leave in a position of power and strength.

Jonathan believes in growth and moving forward in life and helping others to do the same. He has experience in working early hour shift work as a baker, high stress positions as an experimental drone pilot, leadership skills as a Clinical Lead of Psychology, coaching and discipline as a Personal Trainer, and saving, budgeting and investing money into property or other interests.

Jonathan is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi).
