Therapy and Counselling
Therapy and counselling is offered to individuals, couples and families, and to both adults and children. Counselling is always respectful and confidential. Your needs are discussed when considering the goals of your therapy. Our Counsellors utilise evidence-based treatment that has been demonstrated through research to be effective in symptom reduction.
Therapy is provided for issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, sleeping difficulties, relationship problems, problematic drug and alcohol use, post-traumatic stress, obsessions and compulsions, anger outbursts, grief and loss issues and phobias.
Employment Assistance Programs (EAP)
BlueSky Psychology provides psychological support to private and government organisations in the form of Employment Assistance Programs. Our team includes Psychologists experienced in the provision of work-based mediation, critical incident debriefing, trauma focused therapy, the effects of substance abuse in the workplace, anger management and increasing work attendance and satisfaction.

Our Psychologists have extensive experience in the promotion of well-being and happiness.
